I have a different use-case this would also be invaluable for: my "personal" finances and my "joint" finances with my partner.

I want to see charts, totals, budgets, etc across my personal accounts separately to those across the multiple accounts I share with my partner. Being able to have these in separate databases and switch between them would solve the issue.
