Here in Brazil, we can buy in installments with a credit card. For example, when buying a product that costs BRL 1,000.00, we can make the payment over 10 months. It works like a monthly recurrence, however, with the determination of maximum repetitions.

Have you tried creating a scheduled transaction in the "scheduled" section? I think it would do what you are asking? On Mac, you can select the end date, though I think that particular feature is missing on iOS, the rest works, and you would have to end it yourself in December or whenever.
